“We recently sold our home in Washington and Jim Bell came through like an expert! We had several meetings before listing our home and the strategy and data points Jim provided were amazing. I am an economist and my wife is an atty. We know how to filter through the real data and see the expert – and he is the expert! It’s all about facts and dealing with someone that you can trust to guide you through the process. Everything he told us came true and we sold above our asking price, even in this difficult market. I know why he has earned such a impressive reputation.”
